DVE
Both of them often looked for elements in their projects that were not available on the scene or in quality, design and materials that did not match their ideas.
As marble lovers, they therefore began to collaborate on the design and production of stone tables that would match their requirements. Because of the nobility of the material and the glory of its use, they named the collections after the Greek goddesses Iris, Charis, Themis and Lammas.
The Table M coffee table, made of solid black granite, cuts through a sheet of stainless steel like a knife slicing through butter. That’s how seamless the connection is meant to feel, even though it’s made with relative difficulty and the metal is attached to the stone in a sophisticated way.
The material for the table and the production was done entirely in Slovakia according to the design of Studio Dve – architect Petra Mark and interior designer Romi Klimekova. This table is one of the variants available at Dve. Apart from small bedside, side and console tables, it also offers coffee or dining tables in one or a combination of contrasting materials.
