Space of Space
The metal furniture and interior accessories brand Space of Space was founded by brothers Jakub and Martin Klimeš at the end of 2020.
They grew out of their parents’ metal painting business. As trained architects and economists, they came together and the synergy resulted in a collection of contemporary functional objects made from one material – metal. Jakub Klimes is responsible for their designs, while Martin is in charge of managing the brand.
Their products work with rounded shapes, timeless design and functionality. They see metal as a noble material with lasting value, which they use powder coating to give it a playful and pleasant feel. Production takes place exclusively in the Czech Republic. And they use high-quality and environmentally friendly Swiss paints for the finish. They have already won several awards for their work – including the Designblok festival award, the Czech Design Award and EDIDA.
