Personal pickup

You can pick up your ordered design pieces free of charge in our brick-and-mortar shop in the centre of Prague at THE DESIGN, Havelská 14, Prague 1. Our shop also has a warehouse, which allows us to prepare your order usually within a few minutes. The ordered goods can usually be picked up on the day of the order, but within a week at the latest. As soon as the order is ready for collection, we will send you a confirmation.

The nearest public transport stops are Můstek (metro), Wenceslas Square (tram), Národní třída (metro, tram).

Shipping in the Czech Republic

We normally dispatch goods the next working day after receipt of your order or after payment has been made, if you have chosen to pay in advance and if the goods are in stock.

  • Personal pick-up in the centre of Prague in THE DESIGN → FREE
  • Courier from Prague 1 to Prague 10 (delivery by Messenger service usually within 2 hours of dispatch). In case you use this option and you are in a hurry for delivery, please contact us after placing your order at +420 725 095 636.
  • Courier within the Czech Republic (delivery by Messenger service usually within the second day of dispatch), in this case after sending the order contact the shop on the phone number: +420 725 095 636.
  • Czech Post
  • Packeta – pickup point or Z-BOX
  • Packeta – home delivery

The delivery price will always be displayed within your order when you select your shipping method.

Shipping abroad

As a standard, we send goods to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden. via Packeta and Czech Post. We only send abroad if you pay in advance, i.e. by bank transfer or online card.

We will be happy to provide you with the possibility to send our goods to other countries outside the above mentioned. Place your order with personal pick-up and write in the note, the exact address where you want to send the goods. We will then calculate the shipping costs and send you an invoice for the goods and shipping. Please note that delivery may take longer.

You can pay for goods in the following ways:

  • in cash or cashless (by credit card) when sending goods on delivery or upon personal collection
  • cashless before delivery of the goods online by credit card, Apple pay, Google pay, or via internet banking
  • cashless before delivery of the goods by transfer to our bank account, payment by QR code (instructions will be communicated to you in the order confirmation)
  • For domestic payments you can pay to the following CZK account:

  • For foreign payments you can pay to the following EUR account:

If you try to make a payment by card and it fails, you do not need to create a new order. You can pay by bank transfer by following the instructions above , or we will send you a link where you can choose a different payment method (for the same order).
