The Orion collection works with the symbolism of a snake, which remains calm and motionless most of the time. It carefully considers whether it makes sense to expend energy and strength on an action in order to achieve success. When its old skin no longer serves it, it sheds it so that it can grow. Similarly, we too have the strength to move forward when we have matured internally. “What fascinates me about snakes is that they don’t have very developed senses. They are guided only by vibrations. They are creatures that live their lives according to what they perceive. When I transfer its characteristics to humans, it is about gathering one’s own strength from within. It is about awakening the primal power that we all have within us but rarely use, as František Drtikol writes in my favorite book, The Almighty Power of Snakes,” explains Janja.
