It all started with Tom…
The year 2019, three countries, five months that changed his life. With no plans, empty pockets, but an open heart, he set out to discover the world—and it gave him more than he expected.

In Sri Lanka, India, and Nepal, he found not only new friends but also the magic of the authentic flavors and aromas of the Orient. Today, he infuses these experiences into every sip of TOMCHAi.

After returning home, he began hosting workshops where he shared stories and experiences from his journey. People listened, asked questions, tasted…

And that’s when he realized that tea isn’t just a drink—it’s an experience.
As enthusiastic feedback poured in and his desire to do things his own way grew, there was no turning back.

…and so TOMCHAi was born

Then he met Baru…

…they fell in love and began developing the TOMCHAi brand together.
Six months later, Baru quit her job and, just like him, threw herself into everything wholeheartedly.

And not just into the business—they joined their lives together and got married.
