Ondřej Pokorný

Ondřej Pokorný spent half his life in the countryside of eastern Bohemia and half in Prague. This gives him perspective, insight, and healthy skepticism—yet he finds the metropolis increasingly fascinating.

He works in marketing, has been trying to learn German for over 30 years, enjoys Sloní ucho (Elephant Ear) from Banseth, loves maps, and tries to improve his two-handed backhand every year from spring to fall. He feels most at home on the right bank of the Vltava River in Prague.
